Cases and episodes
A case is one seller on one product. Inside it, each continuous stretch below policy is an episode with its own start, end and outcome. A seller who cures and then drops below MAP again opens a new episode — recurrence is visible, and history is never laundered.

Sealed evidence, in plain language
An evidence package is built from what the scan observed. When it is reviewed and sealed, it becomes permanent: its fingerprint is fixed, and every time the package is read the fingerprint is checked again. If the bytes no longer match, the product says so as a first-class status rather than quietly serving the file.
