A below-MAP finding is a measurement. A person turns it into a case, and the case is backed by an evidence record built from what MapProtector saw, reviewed and sealed — so what you hand to a seller, a partner or counsel is what was actually observed.
A queue that needs a decision
Below-MAP findings wait in one queue for your team. Each row says who — with the seller’s standing beside it — what, how far below in money and percent, when, and how complete the check was. Confirming a row records that your brand considers the price below its policy and opens a case; dismissing it records a reason from a fixed list. Nothing is confirmed on your behalf.

Cases that keep the history
A case is one seller on one product under a policy. Each stretch below policy is recorded inside it with its own start, end and outcome. A seller who corrects and then drops below MAP again is recorded on the same case — recurrence is visible, and history is never laundered.

Sealed evidence, in plain language
An evidence record captures what was observed, under which policy, and who confirmed it, with the seller’s standing as it was at the time. When a Brand Admin seals it, it becomes permanent: anyone you hand it to can verify it has not changed, and the product tells you if a sealed record ever fails that check.
