Monitor · Identify
See every offer, and know how much you saw.
Monitoring is only useful if you can trust what it did not find. MapProtector records every observation with its source, its timestamp and its coverage — and never reads an absence as compliance.
Scheduled scans on your cadence
Each monitored ASIN is scanned on a schedule set by your plan — from once a day to several times a day — across the Amazon marketplaces you sell in. Scans record the offers as they were: price, currency, seller, condition, fulfilment channel and whether the offer held the Buy Box.
- Cadence per plan; run-now for a product you are watching closely
- Every figure carries its currency; nothing is silently converted
- Scan history per product, including the attempts that failed

Coverage, stated on every observation
A scan that read nine of twelve offers says so. A source that was unavailable says so. Every below-MAP finding is shown beside the coverage of the observation it came from, and a finding from an incomplete observation is never presented as settled.
- Full, partial, insufficient and unknown coverage, each explained
- Source health visible to your team, with provider names kept out of your customers’ way
- Data-quality holds stop an enforcement step rather than letting it proceed on a doubt

Sellers, identified and classified
Every offer is attributed to the seller behind it. You classify sellers — authorised, not authorised, your own storefront, exempt — and the classification is shown beside each finding rather than folded into it, because an authorised distributor below MAP is a different conversation from a stranger below MAP.
- A seller’s history across every product and every episode
- Repeat sellers surfaced by count, not buried in a list
- Contact details on file feed the enforcement gate later

Policies that are dated, and promotions that are sanctioned
A MAP policy is effective from a date, per product and marketplace, and every evaluation records which version it applied. Promotions lower the floor for a window you approve; exceptions cover the cases your programme allows. What was in force at the moment of an observation is what the finding is measured against.
- Effective-dated versions — an old finding is measured against the policy of its day
- Promotion windows with explicit start and end
- Exceptions by seller or product, recorded with a reason

Next: proving what you saw.
A finding is a measurement. Evidence is what makes it defensible.
