Monitoring is only useful if you can trust what it did not find. When Amazon connectivity is enabled for your workspace, MapProtector records every offer it sees with a timestamp and how complete the check was — and never reads an absence as compliance.
A scheduled check every day
Each listing you protect is checked at the times you choose — once a day on Starter, twice a day on Growth and Professional — across the Amazon marketplaces enabled for your workspace. Each check records the offers as they were: price, seller, condition, fulfillment and whether the offer held the Buy Box.
- Daily times in your timezone; an on-demand check for a listing you are watching closely
- Every figure carries its currency; nothing is silently converted
- A history per product, so you can see when a listing was last checked

How complete each check was, stated on every finding
A check that could not see the whole listing says so. Every below-MAP finding is shown beside the completeness of the check it came from, and a finding from an incomplete check is never presented as settled.

Sellers, identified — and classified by you
Seller information is recorded for every observed offer. Declare your Authorized Network and MapProtector shows which observed sellers are partners; a seller that matches nothing is unknown until your team records a standing — authorized, unauthorized, your own storefront, exempt — with a reason. The standing is shown beside each finding rather than folded into it, because an authorized distributor below MAP is a different conversation from an unknown storefront below MAP.

Policies that are dated, and promotions that are approved
A MAP policy applies from a date, for a brand, a product group or one product on a marketplace. Promotions lower the floor for a window a Brand Admin approves and revert by themselves; exceptions exempt a seller or a scope, or let it be measured but never enforced. A finding is always measured against the policy that applied when the price was seen.
- Dated policy changes — an old finding keeps the policy of its day, and history is never rewritten
- Tolerance in money or percent; rules for shipping, coupons, cart-only prices and out-of-stock offers
