Product

Everything between an advertised price and a resolved case.

One reseller compliance workspace for brands selling on Amazon: Minimum Advertised Price monitoring, seller visibility, compliance review, evidence, controlled communication and reporting — with a person deciding everything that reaches a seller.

MAP monitoring

Every listing you protect, on a schedule.

When Amazon connectivity is enabled for your workspace, MapProtector monitors marketplace pricing using authorized data access, on a schedule that fits your program. Each check records what it found and how complete it was, so an absence is never mistaken for compliance.

Amazon connectivity
Amazon connectivity is enabled for eligible workspaces as part of onboarding, using authorized data access your organization grants and can withdraw at any time. It covers listing prices and seller information — never orders, customers or financial data. Docs
Products and ASINs
Add products one at a time with their ASIN, marketplace, condition and MAP, or import your whole catalog from a CSV with a validation report before anything is written. Docs
Scheduled checks
Checks every day at the times you choose, in your timezone — once a day on Starter, twice on Growth and Professional — plus an on-demand check for a listing you are watching closely. Docs
Pricing visibility
Every offer with its price, seller, condition and fulfillment, and how complete the check was beside it — so you know what you saw and what you can conclude from it. Docs

Seller visibility

Know who is selling — and what you have said about them.

Seller information for observed marketplace offers, with the storefront names a seller has been seen under. Declare your Authorized Network and MapProtector shows you which observed sellers are partners and which are not on your list. A seller that matches nothing is unknown — never presumed unauthorized.

Seller discovery
New storefronts appear the first time they are seen on your listings. A storefront that renames itself keeps its history, and the old name stays on record. Docs
Authorized Network
The distributors and resellers you permit, with contacts, contract references and authorization dates. Add them one at a time or by CSV, and reconcile against everything observed with one click. Docs
Unknown and classified sellers
Your team records a standing — authorized, unauthorized, formerly authorized, your own storefront, exempt — with a reason. Authorization and MAP compliance are shown side by side and never combined into a score. Docs
Seller history
Everything observed for one seller: products, current and past breaches, confirmed and dismissed findings, and whether they have corrected and relapsed before. Docs

A standing is a fact about your list, not a verdict about the seller. “Unknown” means no record — it is where a review starts.

Compliance review

A measurement, then a decision.

A below-MAP price is measured against the policy you set, with your approved promotions and exceptions respected, and queued for your team as a finding waiting for a person. Confirming it opens a case. The product never confirms on your behalf.

MAP policies and versions
A price floor for a brand, a product group or one product, per marketplace and condition, from a date — with the tolerance and the shipping, coupon and cart-price rules your program uses. Changes are dated, and history is never rewritten. Docs
Promotions and exceptions
A promotion lowers the floor for an approved window and reverts by itself. An exception exempts a seller or scope, or lets it be measured but never enforced. Docs
The review queue
Findings one line each, with the seller’s standing beside each one and the gap in money and percent. Sort by newest, largest gap or repeat seller; every view is a URL you can share with a colleague. Docs
Confirm or dismiss, with a reason
Confirming records that your brand considers the price below its policy and opens or extends a case. Dismissing records a reason from a fixed list, so your false-positive rate is a fact rather than a feeling. Docs

Evidence

Evidence that survives a challenge.

An evidence record captures what was observed, under which policy, and who confirmed it — built from MapProtector’s own records and labeled as exactly that. Once sealed it cannot be altered without detection, and anyone you hand it to can verify it.

Cases and breach periods
A case is one seller on one product. Each stretch below policy is recorded inside it with its own start, end and outcome, so a relapse shows as a recurrence on the same history. Docs
Evidence records
Requested from a confirmed finding, ready for review, sealed by a Brand Admin. What the seller’s standing was at the time is recorded with it and never rewritten. Docs
Sealed, verifiable evidence
Sealing makes a record permanent. Anyone you hand it to can verify it has not changed, and the product tells you if a sealed record ever fails that check. Docs
Downloads
Download the record with its verification fingerprint beside it and hand it to a distributor, a marketplace or counsel. Legal Reviewers read and download everything and change nothing. Docs

Controlled communication

Your words, your sender, a person on every send.

Your templates, your sender, your escalation schedule. MapProtector prepares the next notice from your policy and your sealed evidence, shows anything standing in its way, and waits. A Brand Admin approves it and releases it, from your own verified brand identity. Nothing reaches a seller because a clock elapsed.

Templates
Write the subject and body in your own words, with placeholders for the seller, the product, the prices, the policy and the references. Every sent notice keeps the exact wording it went out with. Docs
Controlled follow-up workflows
A first notice, an escalation, a final notice — each with its template and the time a seller gets to respond. The next stage is prepared for a person; it is never sent by a timer. Docs
Readiness checks
Before a notice can be approved, the page shows in plain words anything that still needs your team’s attention, so nothing goes out on a stale or incomplete basis. Docs
Approval, sending and responses
An approval covers one exact document, and a person looks again if the facts behind it change. Sent and delivered are shown separately, and a seller’s reply is recorded as what they said — never as a change of standing. Docs

Reporting and history

Know where every case stands.

Overview, cases, sellers and notifications keep your team informed: what is open, what was corrected, what recurred, and who did what. A breach closes only when the advertised price is confirmed back at policy — never on a seller’s promise — and the history keeps all of it.

Cure confirmation
A correction is confirmed from the advertised price, not from a promise. The case page shows what is still required before a breach can close. Docs
Recurrence
A relapse is recorded as a new, numbered breach on the same case, so repeat behavior is visible on the case list, the case and the seller. Docs
Notifications
New findings, confirmations, cases, cures, evidence, connection health and billing — by email or in the product, immediately or in a daily digest, per person. Security messages always go. Docs
Audit trail
Role changes, policy changes, review decisions, seals, approvals, sends, holds, support sessions and plan changes are recorded with who, when and what, and cannot be edited afterwards. Docs

Cure recorded when the price is observed back at or above MAP. A return below it is a new episode on the same case — the history is never reset.

The screens

Dense, because analysts compare rows.

Fifty findings on one screen, one line each, the difference from MAP stated in money and in percent. Every view is a URL, so what one colleague sees another can open exactly as it was. Every status is a color, an icon and a word — never a color alone.

Read the omissions first

What MapProtector deliberately does not do.

  • It does not reach legal conclusions.

MapProtector reports observations and applies the policy you configure. Whether a seller has breached an agreement is a determination your brand and its counsel make, in your own words.

  • It does not decide a seller is unauthorized.

A seller that matches nothing in your Authorized Network is unknown. Unauthorized is a classification your team records, with a reason. The product never infers a relationship from a name, an address or a price.

  • It does not take screenshots of Amazon.

Evidence is built from MapProtector’s own records of what the marketplace reported through the access your organization authorized, and is labeled as such.

  • It does not send anything on its own.

Nothing reaches a seller without a Brand Admin’s approval and release, from your own verified sender. A timer never sends.

  • It does not read your mailbox or your orders.

Amazon connectivity covers listing prices and seller information only. Replies to notices arrive at your reply-to address, in your own mail; the product does not ingest them.

  • It does not pool data across customers.

Every count is scoped to your workspace and kept separate from every other customer’s. One brand’s dismissals are not another brand’s evidence, and there is no cross-customer seller score.

Try it against your own catalog.

A demo on products like yours, or a trial workspace on your own — provisioned by our team, with no card.
