Which plan is for us?

Starter is for a brand that needs to know who is breaking its MAP policy and to prove it. Growth is for a brand running an active program that contacts sellers. Professional is the same program across thousands of listings with a larger team. Enterprise is for a catalog, an escalation policy or commercial terms that do not fit a standard plan.

What counts as a monitored ASIN?

A product in your catalog with monitoring switched on for at least one Amazon marketplace. Products you import but do not monitor do not count, and archiving a product frees its place.

What does “enforcement preview” on Starter mean?

Starter includes the enforcement workflow so you can build a template and see exactly what a seller would receive, but it cannot send. Seller-facing notices start on Growth, from a sender you have verified, and every one is approved by a person before it leaves.

What happens when I reach a limit?

Nothing is deleted and nothing is switched off. You cannot add more of the limited resource until you are back within the ceiling, and the Billing page shows exactly where you stand — for example, 1,040 of 1,000 ASINs after a downgrade. Moving to a larger plan clears it immediately.

How does the free trial work?

Self-serve plans include a fourteen-day trial with no card required. Request one and our team provisions your workspace by hand — you receive an invitation email, sign in, and connect your Amazon account. A trial is the plan you are trialling, capped at 50 monitored products and one scan a day, with the full evidence workflow and every seat you need; sending a notice waits until a plan is active. Nothing is charged until you choose one.

How is payment handled?

Through our payment provider’s own hosted pages. MapProtector never receives, stores or logs a card number. Invoices and payment methods are managed from the Billing page inside the product.

Is there annual billing?

Not yet. Every plan is billed monthly and can be canceled from the Billing page at the end of the current month. When annual billing is offered it will appear here and on the Billing page, read from the same catalog as the prices above.

Is evidence kept if we change plan?

Yes. Changing plan or interval never deletes a product, an observation, an evidence package or a case, and sealed evidence is kept for as long as you are a customer on every plan.
